Analyze the system using the Security Configuration and Analysis snap-in. Expand the Security Configuration and Analysis tree view. Navigate to Local Policies >> User Rights Assignment. Compare the User Rights to the following list. If any groups or accounts are given rights that are not authorized below, this is a finding.
